- An in-person meeting incurs a callout fee (investigator travel and time) and a room/space hire charge for the venue.
- 100% of the callout fee must be paid in full prior to attendance.
- 50% of the room booking cost is payable in advance; the remaining 50% is due upon meeting completion.
- Exact fees will be confirmed once your request is reviewed and a suitable venue secured.

Yes — all online consultations (15-minute, 30-minute and 1-hour slots) are completely free of charge. There is no obligation whatsoever. We want to understand your situation before recommending a course of action, and we believe that initial conversation should cost you nothing.
The 15-minute slot is ideal for a quick introductory chat if you have a simple query or just want to understand whether we can help. The 30-minute consultation is our most popular option and gives you enough time to discuss your case properly. The 1-hour full consultation is suited for more complex situations where you need in-depth initial guidance.
Online consultations are available Monday through Sunday, 8am to 9pm. We operate seven days a week to accommodate clients with busy schedules. Simply select your preferred slot through our booking portal and you will receive instant confirmation.
Yes, in-person meetings are a chargeable service. Two fees apply: a callout fee (covering investigator travel, time and preparation) and a room/venue hire charge. Payment is structured as follows:
- 100% of the callout fee must be paid in full before the investigator attends.
- 50% of the room booking cost is payable in advance to secure your venue.
- The remaining 50% of the room hire is due upon meeting completion.
Exact amounts are always confirmed with you in writing before any payment is taken.
We currently offer in-person meeting facilities at two locations: Hinckley and Fosse Park (Leicester). Both venues are private, discreet spaces chosen to ensure your confidentiality. When you submit a physical booking request, please indicate your preferred location and we will confirm venue details once your booking is reviewed.
