Yes, all methods are fully legal and compliant with UK law including GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act.
Evidence is gathered to professional standards admissible in civil and criminal proceedings. We provide detailed chain-of-custody documentation and can provide expert witness testimony if required.
Varies by case complexity: Basic checks 3–5 days, standard surveillance 1–3 weeks, complex corporate cases 4–12 weeks.
We provide estimated timelines in your initial consultation and weekly progress updates. Some cases require extended monitoring for pattern establishment.
Absolute confidentiality guaranteed. We are bound by professional codes of conduct and data protection laws. Investigations are conducted discreetly with no contact to the subject.
Files are encrypted, stored securely, and only shared with you. We can sign NDAs for sensitive corporate matters.
Comprehensive reports including timestamped photos, video footage, detailed written observations, GPS tracking data (where applicable), witness statements, and documented facts.
All evidence is date/time stamped and GPS located. Digital evidence provided on encrypted USB drives or shared via Zoho Workdrive.
Yes — you pay for professional investigative services and time, not results. However, “no evidence found” is still a valuable finding that provides certainty.
We discuss realistic expectations upfront and can adjust investigation scope if initial findings suggest redirection is needed.
We provide fixed quotes for simple tasks, hourly rates (£50–£100/hour) for surveillance, or project-based pricing for complex cases.
All cases require a retainer / payment upfront (30–50% upfront) with remaining balance on completion.
No hidden fees — expenses like mileage, specialist equipment, and hotel / other travel costs are detailed upfront.
Subject's full details (name, DOB, home address, work address, vehicle registration, photos), relevant background, specific concerns, timeline of suspicious activity, known routines / patterns, and any locations of interest.
The more detail you provide, the more efficient and cost-effective the investigation. If some details aren't known, this will be factored into the investigation.
No. Client involvement compromises investigations and creates legal liability issues. You could be recognised, act emotionally, or contaminate evidence.
We provide regular updates and you review all evidence afterward. Your role is providing information, not participating in fieldwork.
We don't quote success rates because “success” means different things per case. We gather factual evidence — sometimes that confirms suspicions, sometimes it disproves them.
Both outcomes provide the clarity you need to make informed decisions. What we guarantee is professional, thorough investigation conducted to legal and industry standards.
